About Us

Signpost provides funded and self-funded counselling, creative therapies and wellbeing support for children and young people aged 5–25 living in Hertfordshire. 

Through our Creative Therapies Contract with Hertfordshire County Council, we provide funded therapeutic support for children and young people aged 5–18. 

We offer a safe and confidential space where children and young people can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences. Our aim is to strengthen emotional wellbeing, develop coping strategies and build resilience for the future. 

Sessions may include talking therapy, play-based approaches, creative expression and psychoeducation tailored to the developmental needs of each child or young person.
