About Us
Signpost is committed to supporting the emotional wellbeing of children and young people aged 5–25 across Hertfordshire.
Through our Creative Therapies Contract with Hertfordshire County Council, we deliver funded therapeutic interventions for children and young people aged 5–18.
Our practitioners provide developmentally appropriate support including talking therapies, play therapy, creative therapies, psychoeducation and emotional regulation strategies.
We aim to help children and young people understand their experiences, strengthen coping skills and improve overall wellbeing.
