Volunteer Admins & Support Workers
Our clinical work thrives with the support of volunteers, who assist with administrative tasks and counsellor support, offering opportunities to give back, build skills, and gain confidence, while receiving full induction, supervision, and training as valued unpaid team members.
Trainee Counsellors & Coaches
Signpost welcomes trainee counsellors year-round, offering a supportive environment with robust supervision, mandatory training, and opportunities to facilitate group work, while requiring personal therapy and a commitment to meeting all placement requirements.
Volunteer Counsellors & Coaches
Signpost welcomes qualified counsellors and coaches year-round, offering opportunities to support the community and grow professionally through a thorough selection process, including application, interview, DBS checks, and mandatory training.
