Throughout the year we offer wellbeing group work, free of charge, for young people who live, work or study in Hertfordshire. Being part of a group can be useful, linking up with others who are also struggling can feel comforting and a good means of support.

If you would like to go onto our group mailing list, please submit an application form and we will notify you when we are next running a group. Groups will be face to face and usually a maximum of 6 people. Our groups are run by two counsellors, usually for specific subject areas e.g., anxiety and self-harm.
